SMTP and Email Prerequisites

To send email notifications, the following are required:

ITM On-Prem Web Console can relay email messages through your email relay or email server.

If required, you have credentials ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) can use to transmit email messages.

StartTLS is not currently supported.
