Version 7.16.2

This document provides information about new features, issues that were discovered and fixed since the previous release, and any limitations of the release. It is important that you read this document before you install and configure this version.

New Features and Enhancements

This version includes security fixes that address the following:

Windows 24H2 Certification

Now fully certified for Windows 24H2 on Windows Agents endpoints.

Windows 10 & 11 2024HW - updates are supported.

macOS Sequoia 15.0 Support

This release provides support for macOS Sequoia 15.0.

Mac Agent - macOS Sequoia Known Issues

On macOS Sequoia, users may experience a popup that will briefly appear for a couple of milisecondsonce a month, as a result of macOS new permissions policy.

We are actively working with Apple and other software vendors to resolve this issue.

Node JS version and .NET Upgrade

Currently upgraded to:

Resolved Issues

[Issue 945]: Fixed an issue where Agent failed to start recording on Korean localized Windows.

[Issue 1141]: Fixed an issue where a DB Lock error was displayed in logs and was related to file activity DB Table.

[Issue 1176]: Fixed an issue where Windows Agent installation failed due to a registration error. The following error message was shown on the log "Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.ServerConfiguration".

[Issue 1180]: Fixed an issue where the Messages screen and functionality did not operate correctly.

[Issue 1148]: 7zip version that is used internally with the installation has been upgraded to new version 24.08.

[Issue 1169}: Fixed translation to Japanese for labels related to setting time range in Web console.

[Issue 1185]: Fixed an issue where user activity was not recorded on Linux endpoints when recording policy was set to enable SFTP recording.

[Issue 1164] Fixed an issue where the Agent failed to start after installation when writing to Window’s Registry Editor was blocked on the endpoints.
