Modifying Members in Endpoint Groups
This topic describes how to add endpoints to endpoint groups, remove endpoints from groups, rename groups, and delete them.
In addition you can filter by endpoint
The default endpoint groups cannot be deleted or modified.
Adding Endpoints to a Group

In the Endpoint Groups page (Configuration > Endpoint Management > Endpoint Groups), in the Add Group field, type the name of the group and click Add.
The group is added to the list.

From the list, next to the group you just added, click Add Endpoints .
The Add Endpoints to Group window opens.
For each endpoint, you can see which group it belongs to.

Select the relevant check boxes of the endpoints that you want to add to the group. You can also use the Check All and Clear All links.
If you select Check All, you are prompted to choose one of the following:

All Pages: all endpoints in all pages

Only in this Page: endpoints in the current page only

To see endpoints from a specific group or endpoints that don't belong to any group, use Filter by Endpoint Group. From the dropdown, select the groups you want or select None if you want to see endpoints that don't belong to a group.

Click the Add Selected Endpoints button.

When you have finished, click Close.
A message is displayed, prompting you to acknowledge the action.

Click OK to proceed.
The Endpoint Groups page displays the number of member endpoints next to the group's name.

To view current endpoints associated with a group, click the relevant endpoint group's link.
The Endpoints page opens, filtered to display the selected group and its associated endpoints.
If required, you can change the group (from the Group drop-down list) and endpoints that you want to view or edit.

To view or modify an endpoint's properties including the recording policy settings that apply to it, in the Endpoints list, click the endpoint name. For details, see Viewing Endpoints.

In the endpoint's properties page, edit the relevant fields or settings as required, and Save your changes.
Removing Endpoints from a Group

In the Endpoints list, click the dropdown arrow next to the endpoint that you want to remove, and click the Remove link (located to the right of the expanded details).
A message is displayed, warning that you are about to remove an endpoint from an endpoint group.

Click OK to proceed.
The endpoint is removed from the endpoint group.
Removing endpoints from an endpoint group may affect the permissions that are assigned to one or more Console Users. In such a case, a Console User might not be able to access these endpoints anymore.
