Removing ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Web Components

The ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Application Server and Web Console server-side components can be uninstalled by using the Control Panel > Programs and Features applet.

To uninstall the ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Web Components

1. From the Control Panel, select Programs and Features.

2. From the list of installed programs, select ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Console and click Remove.

3. Click Yes to confirm.

   

4. From the list of installed programs, select ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Application Server and click Remove.

5. Click Yes to confirm.
