Configuration Guide

After you have completed the installation process for ObserveIT, you will need to configure the application as required by your design criteria and operational needs. Most configuration tasks are performed through the Configuration tab in the Web Console. Note that some additional configuration tasks may need to be done using various system tools and operating system settings.

The Configuration guide describes how to log in to the ITM On-Prem Web Console and all the configuration tasks that an ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Administrator should typically perform.
