New Features and Enhancement

New Indication for Sessions in Offline Mode

A new indication has been added in User Diary, Endpoint Diary, and Search (in the results) indicating that a session was offline (including part of the session). The icon of the OS (Win, Mac, Linux) is greyed out with a tooltip indicating that this session was offline. In addition, the Reports screen will show the new field Session was in Offline in the list of Sessions related fields. The report ID is "api.user_session_v0" in the Reports API was also enhanced with the Session was in Offline indication as a new field.

Enhanced Detection of Right Menu Paste to more applications

Detection of right menu Paste has been enhanced and is now also detected on the following applications:

• Microsoft Teams

• Microsoft EDGE

• Naver Whale (browser)

New System Event For Machine Shutdown/Restart

New System Event 1214- Agent service has stopped as part of shutdown/restart has been added. This event is triggered when the machine shuts down or restarts.The exisiting System Event 1202 Agent Service has stopped will continued to be triggered the service is stopped manually (and not on shutdown/restart).

Configurable Expiration Period for Updater JWT

While in the past the Updater JWT expiration date was fixed, now the Updater installation will require a valid JWT configuration file during installation. This file can be downloaded from the Configuration > Settings > Service Settings with a configurable expiration period (by default set to 7 days).

Supported Version Updates

On-Prem DB can now be installed on Microsoft SQL Server 2022.

.Net 6.0.14 is supported.

You must remove previous version of .Net before upgrading.
