Ticket Report Configuration
This topic describes the metadata that you can select to include in a report about ticketing policies on monitored Windows or Mac endpoints (see Report Types). When configuring a ticketing policy, you can specify which users will receive a ticketing policy message upon logging in to the monitored endpoints. For details, see Configuring Service Desk Policies.

When creating aTickets type report, you can specify types of columns for:
