Securing Server Certificate Validation
By securing server certificate validation, the ITM On-Prem (ObserveIT) Windows Agent validates the Application server.
To force the Windows Agents to validate the server certificate

Navigate to Configuration> Security & Privacy > Security & Privacy.
In the Security tab, and in Server Certificate Validation section, select Force server certificate validation by Windows agents checkbox and click Update.
