The ObserveIT Web Console is the tool you use to view recorded sessions from all activities on the monitored endpoints, replay sessions, monitor SQL queries against the databases, view and manage alerts for suspicious user activities, search for sessions and user activities inside the database, generate reports on sessions and user activities, and perform all the configuration tasks required by your design criteria and operational needs.

How do I connect to the ObserveIT Web Console? By default, the TCP port 4884 is configured for the website during server installation. Use this URL to connect to the ObserveIT Web Console: http://servername:4884/ObserveIT where servername is the name or IP of the server on which the ObserveIT Web Console is installed.
- How do I log in to the ObserveIT Web Console? The Web Console opens automatically after the ObserveIT installation, displaying the login page in which you can enter your credentials in the form of a user name and password. If this is your first time using the ObserveIT Web Console, you will be prompted to set the default Admin password. You can change the default Admin password later after logging in to the Web Console.
When logging on as a domain user, you must enter your credentials in the format: domain\username. When logging on as a local ObserveIT user, just use: username.

Who are the Users? ObserveIT administrators are also known as "Console Users". Console Users can log on to the ObserveIT Web Console and view recorded sessions and other information, as well as make configuration changes based upon their role.
