Ticket Report Configuration

This topic describes the metadata that you can select to include in a report about ticketing policies on monitored Windows or Mac endpoints (see Report Types). When configuring a ticketing policy, you can specify which users will receive a ticketing policy message upon logging in to the monitored endpoints. When creating aTickets type report, you can specify types of columns for:

Type Column Description
Ticket

Ticket Number

The unique number of the ticket.

Ticket Reply

User is enforced to send a text reply to the ticket message (Comments Mandatory check box is selected.)
